Barbara is an experienced maritime lawyer in Auckland. She started her career as a maritime lawyer in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, almost 25  years ago. Helen is a passionate leader of learning with a strong combination of technical supply chain and shipping experience, and relationship and leadership expertise, developed over 25 years. Industry sectors include heavy manufacturing, FMCG, tertiary education and beverage. Helen is also an inspired coach and strategist. Her current role is Supply Chain Best Practice Leader at Lion Breweries, Auckland. Lion is a leading beverage manufacturer and distributor in Australasia with over 1000 products, including key brands such as Steinlager, Corona and Guinness. This role involves strategic business partnering to all of Lions supply chain, helping leaders integrate best practice and develop their peoples capability at the three main brewing and wine sites in New Zealand.

Helen is a qualified Chartered Shipbroker and a committee member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport.

Kerri-Anne has worked in the Supply Chain, Logistics and Distribution sector of New Zealand for over 20 years predominantly as a customer or for major customers to shipping lines, transport operators and freight forwarders.  Her work and passion with clients is based on identifying opportunities for them to improve business processes through introducing best practices around supply chain, sales and operations planning, forecasting and the like.  She takes a holistic approach to solutions working with both the internal organisation but also their external suppliers and partners to develop solutions for the benefit of all.  The ability to do this is based on experience, relationship development and good project management practices.

Yoyo is a professional chartering manager, ship operator and supercargo.She holds an Institute of Chartered Shipbroker qualification and was an active committee member of ICS Australia-NZ branch during 2013-2015.  Yoyo believes strongly in developing people considering them the industry future. She volunteered to start a mentor-mentee program and continues to enrich her experience as a coaching-style leader.
